The rigid cumberbund has a base of Tegris composite material which gives it stiffness and more comfortable operation with heavier gear and equipment compared to the elastic cummberbund. It has a plastic quick release which is firmly anatomically fixed. The one size of the cummberbund with a length adjustment system due to the rubber cord which at the same time makes the cummberbund elastic. The interior has Velcro for attaching ballistic protection and other equipment.
